RSX takes data handling seriously. This website does not receive or store client datasets. Datasets are submitted directly to RSX through secure channels as part of the engagement process. RSX does not train AI models on client data. RSX makes no claims of SOC 2, ISO 27001, or other certifications at this time.
Architectural Principles
RSX protects data integrity through structural design rather than superficial claims:
1. Zero Web Ingestion
The public website does not receive, store, or process client datasets.
2. Private, Direct Transfer Channels
Datasets are submitted through dedicated, private channels as part of the engagement.
3. No Model Training on Client Data
RSX does not train AI models on client datasets or inquiry communications.
4. Retention Policy
Data retention terms are discussed and agreed during onboarding.
Compliance Transparency
Many enterprise software vendors make sweeping claims regarding security accreditations. RSX maintains absolute transparency with our clients:
- Current Status: RSX does not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, or equivalent third-party security certifications at this time.
- Why We Disclose This: We believe that honest technical partnerships require accurate statements. If your internal procurement policies mandate formal third-party SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audit reports today, we respect that constraint and encourage you to evaluate our services when our compliance roadmap aligns with your requirements.
- Confidentiality Governance: We protect client engagements through legally binding commercial Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), encrypted transfer protocols, and strict internal operational access controls.
